What to Expect

Before the inspection

We confirm the time, address and agent contact details. Make sure you have your phone charged, a stable internet connection and a quiet spot to take the call. We will also add you to a direct message thread with your Runner so you can send any last minute notes.

During the live call

• Your Runner video calls you from inside the property.
• You see every room, corner and outdoor area you want to check.
• You can ask questions as we walk through.
• Your Runner will test basic fixtures like lights, taps and power points where possible.
• We capture a clear view of condition, layout, storage, natural light and street noise.

Honest reporting

Your Runner gives an unfiltered verbal summary of the property. That includes anything the listing photos might not show: a busy road nearby, dated fittings, small rooms, steep driveways, weak water pressure or a noisy building. Our job is to help you make a confident decision, not to sell you the place.

After the inspection

• Full video recording sent to you within the hour.
• Attendance confirmation for your records.
• A quick summary message with anything notable.
• Direct access to your Runner if follow up questions come up.

What we do not do

We do not fill out rental applications for you, negotiate rent, or guarantee approval. We attend the inspection, show you the property honestly, and give you the information you need to apply yourself.
