Yes. We attend on your behalf and confirm with the property manager directly — registering you with them on the day if you haven't already done that yourself. Most agents won't even consider an application unless someone attended and got checked off their list, so that's what we take care of. You'll get our own confirmation that we attended, and the property manager sends their own separately. Worth being clear: attending makes you eligible to be considered, not approved — that's always the property manager's call.
