What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, and the listing details you give us at booking. If you pay, Stripe handles your card details, not us.
How we use it
To run your booking, attend inspections on your behalf, send recordings and confirmations, and follow up with you. Nothing else.
How we store it
On reputable cloud platforms with industry standard encryption. Access is limited to Matt, Jake and trusted contractors who need it to deliver your service.
How long we keep it
Booking and recording data is kept for 12 months in case you need to refer back. After that it is deleted on request, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@rentrunner.com.au and we will action it within 7 days.
