You send the property details
Fill out the booking form with the property address, inspection time and your contact details. You can book one property or several at once.
We confirm everything
We call or message you to confirm the booking, check the appointment details and answer any questions. You will know exactly what to expect before inspection day.
Your Runner attends the inspection
Your Runner arrives on time, checks in with the agent and video calls you live from inside the property. You see each room as if you were walking through it yourself.
You ask questions in real time
Want a closer look at the bathroom, the backyard or the storage space? Just ask. Your Runner will move the camera, test lights and taps, and give you an honest verbal report on condition, noise, light and neighbours.
You receive the recording and attendance proof
After the call we send you the full video recording within the hour, plus attendance confirmation you can share with the agent if needed.
You apply with confidence
You submit your application knowing you have actually seen the property. No flights, no time off work and no surprises on move in day.
