Terms of Service

The service

Rent Runner attends rental property inspections on your behalf in Canberra and surrounding areas, and provides a live video stream of the inspection.

Bookings and payment

When you submit a booking, your payment details are securely held but not charged. You are only charged once your inspector has attended the inspection. If we are unable to attend for any reason, you are not charged.

No guarantee of approval

Rental approval is determined solely by the property owner or managing agent. Rent Runner does not influence, guarantee, or warrant the outcome of any rental application.

Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel an inspection by contacting us as early as possible. Inspections cancelled less than 4 hours before the scheduled time may be charged.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant booking.
